It is a comprehensive platform for managing events through 3 main services: registration, verification, and memory, in addition to a platform for booking commercial, entertainment, and sporting events.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Ticket Reselling on resell. 1Haft.com (website, mobile app and any of its other Digital and non-Digital Properties related to ticket reselling) (herein referred to as "the Platform"), provided by resell. 1Haft.com (herein referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
By clicking on the “I Accept”, “Place Order” or “Sign Up” “Proceed to Payment” or any action your perform that advances you in the usage of the platform, completing the registration process, making a purchase, listing a ticket for sale, and/or browsing the website or downloading resell. 1haft.com’s mobile application (the “Application”), YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A BINDING CONTRACT, and you represent that (1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with resell.1haft.com, and (3) you have the authority to enter into the Terms of Use personally or on behalf of company you have named as the user, and to bind that company to these Terms of Use.

Event Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Event, experience and venue details, including date, time, venue, facilities, and lineup are subject to change by the service provider, event organizer. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
In the event of a cancellation or alterations, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and facilitate any applicable refunds or alternative arrangements as per the service provider, event organizer or venue’s policies and instructions.

The service provider, event organizer, or venue will have sole discretion in determining whether to allow entry, provide a refund, or offer an alternative date for the booking.
We do not guarantee that the service provider, event organizer, or venue will accommodate late arrivals or provide refunds or alternative arrangements. It is at the service provider, event organizer or venue’s discretion and subject to their own policies.
Refunds or rebooking requests due to your inability to attend or late arrival must be submitted to the service provider, event organizer, or venue in accordance with their specified procedures and timelines.
The service provider, event organizer, or venue may impose cancellation fees or deny refund requests based on their own cancellation and refund policies.
Any alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling the booking to an alternative date, will be subject to availability and the service provider, event organizer, or venue’s discretion.
The service provider, event organizer, or venue retains the right to refuse entry, deny refunds, or decline alternative arrangements in cases where you are unable to attend or arrive late.
The service provider, event organizer, or venue’s decision regarding refunds, rebooking, or alternative arrangements is final and binding.
Customer & User Obligations
Customer & User Obligations The user acknowledges that he has the legal capacity and that he is of legal age, and is committed to creating a new account on the 1haft.com platform (website and application of 1haft.com) that contains his correct information without any distortion or entry of incorrect information, so that he can complete the reservation and payment procedures, while reservations or purchases cannot be made except after creating a user account.
The user undertakes and acknowledges that he has only one account for booking and purchasing and that all data entered and registered in the user’s account is his correct and updated information, and that this information is not tainted by any error or distortion, including contact and payment information, before, during and after the booking or purchase.
The user is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of his user account information, and to ensure that no one other than him is allowed to enter the account and perform any operations. The user is obligated not to use 1haft.com platform (1haft.comwebsite and application - 1haft.com) for illegal or harmful purposes or with bad intentions, including, but not limited to, sending viruses or malware, or performing unauthorized access or tampering with data.
The user acknowledges his agreement and obligation to bear full responsibility and release 1haft.com from any claims, damages, losses or liabilities arising from the use of the 1haft.com platform (1haft.com website and application), or arising due to the violation of these terms, or the violation of Rights of any third party.

At events organized by the Organizers, users may be photographed or recorded in audio or video format ("Images") by authorized photographers or event staff.
By attending an event, you grant the Organizers and their respective affiliates, sponsors, and partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the Images for promotional, marketing, or other related purposes.
By participating in 1Haft.com prizes, awards, quizzes or any event in which you are awarded, you grant 1haft.comand their respective affiliates, sponsors, and partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the Images for promotional, marketing, or other related purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that the 1Haft.com is not involved in the photography or use of Images and has no control over the Organizers' actions in this regard.
The Platform does not assume any liability for any harm, damage, or loss arising from the use of Images by the Organizers.
Modifications to the Terms & Conditions
