Event Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Event, experience and venue details, including date, time, venue, facilities, and lineup are subject to change by the service provider, event organizer. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
• In the event of a cancellation or alterations, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and facilitate any applicable refunds or alternative arrangements as per the service provider, event organizer or venue’s policies and instructions.
• No refunds If you are unable to attend the event or booking date.
• The service provider, event organizer, or venue will have sole discretion in determining whether to allow entry, provide a refund, or offer an alternative date for the booking.
• We do not guarantee that the service provider, event organizer, or venue will accommodate late arrivals or provide refunds or alternative arrangements. It is at the service provider, event organizer or venue’s discretion and subject to their own policies.
• Refunds or rebooking requests due to your inability to attend or late arrival must be submitted to the service provider, event organizer, or venue in accordance with their specified procedures and timelines.
• The service provider, event organizer, or venue may impose cancellation fees or deny refund requests based on their own cancellation and refund policies.
• Any alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling the booking to an alternative date, will be subject to availability and the service provider, event organizer, or venue’s discretion.
• The service provider, event organizer, or venue retains the right to refuse entry, deny refunds, or decline alternative arrangements in cases where you are unable to attend or arrive late.
• The service provider, event organizer, or venue’s decision regarding refunds, rebooking, or alternative arrangements is final and binding.
